Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Only products purchased directly from https://plshair.com are eligible for return. We do not accept returns on: Used or opened beauty/hair products Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable Gift cards or promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@plshair.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95660 37758 with: Order ID Product name Reason for return Photos of the item(s), if applicable
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives: Damaged Leaking Defective Different from what you ordered Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected: We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process.
